The BlueStacks App Player can be downloaded from www.bluestacks.com. The App Player comes with a selection of pre-installed apps and the opportunity to download even more. Google Play is the key player when it comes to downloads, but the app also offers alternatives including the Amazon App Store.

How To Run Android Apps On PC

Step 1: Download and Install

Head to www.bluestacks.com and download the Windows, or Mac version, of the BlueStacks App Player. When complete, run the app and install to the desktop. With the app installed, run the App Player to open the app’s main window.

Step 2: App Player

The App Player is split into two parts, a selection of app categories at the top, and available apps below. Click an app section title to view the currently available apps. Alternatively, use the search option to find associated app stores.

Step 3: Add an App

Once an app that you want has been found it is simply a matter of clicking the app and waiting for it to be installed. To play the app, select as normal. To delete an app go to Settings, select Manage Applications and hit Delete.

Step 4: Cloud Connect

Click the Settings icon, bottom-left in the BlueStacks App Player and select Cloud Connect to start the sync process. Add an email address and phone number and continue. This will provide a PIN number. Make note and close down the window.

Step 5: Connect App

A set of instructions will be sent to the email address and phone used in the previous step. Head to the Play store and download and install the BlueStack Cloud Connect app. Open and enter the PIN number provided and hit Login to connect.

Step 6: Start Syncing

Once logged in, a list of all the apps on the phone or device will be listed. Click the empty box in the top-right corner to select all apps or choose individually. When all apps are selected, tap Sync to start the process.
